YOKOSUKA, Japan (Jan. 30, 2018) Seaman A’trayal White, assigned to the deck department aboard the Navy’s forward-deployed aircraft carrier, USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76), reassembles a detachable link of an anchor chain after scheduled maintenance. The maintenance was conducted as part of the ship’s selected restricted availability. USS Ronald Reagan, the flagship of Carrier Strike Group 5, provides a combat-ready force that protects and defends the collective maritime interests of its allies and partners in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region
